Emotional Support

It is really common to feel tearful and sad after having a baby. It helps to discuss these emotions and explore how you are feeling. With 10 years experience I can help you understand your feelings. I am a specialist midwife in mental health so have the skills to help understand postnatal emotions and when to seek further support.

I am keen to support the whole families emotions.

Physical checks

I can attend your home to weigh baby, do simple observations.

I can check your recovery from birth physically and recommend any further check ups.

You will still receive your NHS midwife but I can offer more flexiblity and time to suit your needs.

Relax Time

Do you need an hour to yourself, I can support you with caring for your baby for 1 hour or more if you wish while you relax. Whether it's to sleep, bath or catch up with friends and family. I am more then qualified to help support that need and care for your child for that 1 hour.
